TRANSSION HOLDING is looking for a logistics assistant who will support the logistics department and contribute to the daily management of the material transportation.
MISSIONS:
. Take care of the preparation of the goods according to the delivery note
. Coordinate the work of the labors: packaging, loading
. Prepare documents in time for carriers and if necessary for customs
. Control the quantity and quality of the material being prepared
. Timely report to the transport manager
. Continuous search for process optimization
. Take stock in time with the logistics assistant and in the various transport groups
. Apply and enforce the transport service process
Ship packages to the various stations depending on the destination
. Provide daily status of packages shipped
Profil du poste
. BAC+2 in Logistic with 2 years experiences
. Fluent speaking in English is a plus
